He is survived by: his grandsons, Ricky and Josh; his children, Amanda Qualls of Purcell and Josh Qualls (Rolonda) of Ft. Myer, FL; his sister Wilma Bennett of Norman; and his grandchildren, J. T. Qualls, Dylan Tyler, Dalton Elmore and Dakota Elmore.
