She was predeceased by: her father James D. Hill; her cousin Wyatt Morris; and her grandfather Jack Russell. She is survived by: her mother Michelle Hill (VanVranken); her foster parents, Destiny, Chasity and Lissianna; her daughters, Destiny, Chasity and Lissianna; her sister Eryn Hill; her partner's child Haylee Leon; her grandparents, Edna Russell, George and Velda Hill; her aunts and uncles, James Jackson Jr., Tony Jackson (Dina Figueroa), Denise Morris (Butch) and Treva Bailey; her cousin Samantha Epperson (Trey); Jessica, Olivia, Jaymee, Nathan, Anthony Jackson, Orion, Ethan Smith, Angela Stone, Holly and Wayne Bailey. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Megan is the only known survivor from being on ECMO two times and is a survivor of having Covid 19 twice.
