He was predeceased by: his father Richard Peyton "Rick" Sherman, Jr.; his great-grandparent Kathrine Settlemires of Purcell; and his grandparents, Richard Peyton Sherman of Goldsby, Tim and Shirley Gibbs of Choctaw.
He is survived by: his mother Donna Sherman (Savas) of Lexington; his brothers, Rick Bailey (Darla) of Cape Girardeau and Levi Sherman of Moore; his uncle Michael Savas (Thea) of Mission Viejo, California; his aunts, Terri Savas and Angela Thomas of Lexington; his grandmother Marylin Sherman of Purcell; and his great-aunt Katie Cagle of Lexington. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and even more friends.
