He is survived by: his wife Helen Chance; his children, Cale Broadbooks (Lacey), Casie Morris (Laramy) and Drew Simmons (Sarah); his adoptive son Larson Whitney; his grandchildren, Lane, Cage, Hayvn and Caiden; his sisters, Judy Davis and Malia Westbrook (Harold); and his brother-in-law Norman Kline.
