He was predeceased by: his parents, Dee Garner and Bess Garner; and his close friend Robert Lee Garner. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Garner (Moore); his daughters, Leah Robertson and April Klepper; his sons-in-law, Damon Robertson and Monty Klepper; his grandchildren, Colby Robertson (Holly), Micah Robertson (Stephanie) and Hope Caroline Klepper; his great grandchildren, Graham, Whit, Emilie and Jack Robertson; his brother Ron Garner (Rosalie); and his sister-in-law Dorotha Rice. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
