He is survived by: his children, Billy Parker (Ruth) of Ringling, Jodi Morgan (Mick) of Coleman, OK and Kay Shumaker of Ardmore; his brother-in-law Bill Tipps of Ringling; his stepbrother David Byrd (Cyd) of Ft; and his nieces, Stacy Shores (Mark) of Wilson, Kristy Tipps of Cornish and Many.
