He was predeceased by : his parents, Gerald Thomas Hamilton and Mildred Janice Hamilton (Green); and his friends, Helen and Randy Baker. He is survived by : his wife Glenda Lee Arterburn; his brothers-in-law, David Arterburn (Rita) of Crawley, TX, Dennis Arterburn (Pat) of Lake Village, TX and Dale Arterburn of Ravia, OK; his close friends, Lyndal VanBuskirk (Janet) of Ringling, Mike Kincaid of Tishomingo, Bill, Brady and Brad Baker; his godchildren, Jessica Saldana, Phylesha Kincaid and Tiffany Tilley; and his siblings, Phyllis Cox (Arvin) of Sulphur, Steve Hamilton (Lynn) of Dickson, Tracy McManus (Don) of Lone Grove, Twyla Patton (Jimmy) of Dickson, Eddie Norman and Walter Batterton.
