She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Nickerson and Tommie Nickerson; and her close friend Mary Lou Nichols. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Fletcher, Alford Nickerson (Doc) and Oscar Nickerson (Junior). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and her goddaughter.
