It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Boulware of Roff, Oklahoma, born in North Hollywood, California, who passed away on June 21, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Paul James; and her grandparents, Robert, Mattie Underwood, Curney and Moneta Allen.
She is survived by : her mother Correna Faye Underwood Allen; her husband Thomas Boulware; her children, Crystal Stehr (Shane) of Borger, TX, April Hunley, Ada and Matt Branscum (Cheri); her siblings, Michael Allen (Pamela), Nathan Allen, Jalina McCutchen (Mac) and Brooklyn Allen; and her grandchildren, Drew Dixon, Emily Dixon, Brooklynn Branscum, Caleb Dixon, Lane Branscum, Gracie Hunley, Mattie Branscum and Hudson Branscum.
