With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Freeman of Roland, Oklahoma, born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on March 9, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Donnie Freeman and Otis Gross Freeman; and his wife Loretta Freeman. He is survived by : his close friend Veronica Chandler of Roland; his children, Debra Garris of Roland and Walter Freeman (Karen) of Benton, IL; and his sister Katherine Bowman of Van Buren. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
