He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Irvin and Ramona Bower (Kelch); his aunt Anita Cliff; and his grandmother Kelch. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Sue; his children, Michael Harvey of Pensacola and Melissa Harvey of Pryor; and his siblings, Daisy Weaver (Don) of Connecticut and Ray Irvin of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.
