It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Lavada Quiggins of Salina, Oklahoma, born in Maple City, Kansas, who passed away on February 7, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Herman William and Olive Mae Myers (Utt); her husband Harold Quiggins; her daughters, Judy Major and Mildred Bayne; and her siblings, Betty Palmer, Roy Myers and Carolyn Bell.

She is survived by : her stepdaughters, Shirley Moore of Chouteau, Georgetta Coots (Harold) of Chouteau and Alice Yuan (William) of Tulsa; and her adoptive daughter Emma Foster (Nolan) of Salina. She is also survived by numerous other special friends and family.
