It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Sexton (Sand Springs, Oklahoma), born in Oak Grove, Louisiana, who passed away on November 8, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, David Howard and Ethel Carnahan (Bigelow); her husband Ira Sexton; her grandson John Sexton; and her great grandchildren, Mason Nance, Mikaela Nance and Marcus Martin.

She is survived by : her children, Teresa Thompson of Ochelata, Oklahoma and John Sexton of Sand Springs; her sisters, Mavis, Sharlot, Shirlete, Patsy and Betty Jean; and her grandchildren, Jason Nance (MaryBeth), Helen Wilson (Jimi), Angie Harrison (John), Kathy Nelson (Jesse) and Dave Sexton.
