She was predeceased by: her husband George Laval Fugate; her son Dr. Terry Laval Fugate; her grandchildren, Brian Buster Fugate and Zoe Fugate; her parents, Adam McCully and Gladys McCully; and her siblings, Norman McCully, Johnny McCully, Bill McCully, Wilma Dalrymple, Helen Hughes and Joan Nickerson.
She is survived by: her son Larry George Fugate (Paula); her daughters-in-law, Glenna Minnick Fugate and Patti Young Christian; and her sister Linda Gibson. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.
