She was predeceased by : her husband George Laval Fugate; her son Dr. Terry Laval Fugate; her grandchildren, Brian Buster Fugate and Zoe Fugate; her parents, Adam McCully and Gladys McCully; and her siblings, Norman McCully, Johnny McCully, Bill McCully, Wilma Dalrymple, Helen Hughes and Joan Nickerson.

She is survived by : her son Larry George Fugate (Paula); her daughters-in-law, Glenna Minnick Fugate and Patti Young Christian; and her sister Linda Gibson. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK 74066). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the View Acres Baptist Church (2327 S 65th W Ave, Tulsa, OK 74107).
