He was predeceased by : his parents, John Goldston and Bonnie Goldston (Cox); his siblings, John Preston Goldston, Nelda Kay Gilley, Mary Alice LiVecchi, Ronnie J. Goldston and Dickie Lee Goldston; and his uncle Kenny Cox.

He is survived by : his wife Janice Goldston (Diercks); his daughter Misty Renee Baxter; his stepchildren, Christi Black and Chip Cole (Bobbie); his grandson Carson Ray Mclain; his brother-in-law Lou LiVecchi; and his aunt Melvina. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
