He was predeceased by : his wife Linda; and his siblings, Louise, Ruby, Allen, Alice and Hugo.

He is survived by : his sons, Stephen, Rodney and Douglas; his grandchildren, Melissa Shuman (Greg) of Buffalo, OK, Meghan Cox, Rhonda Thomas (Homer) of Shattuck, Zach Wiederstein (Martha) of Arkansas City, KS, Jacob Wiederstein (Jenni) of Cordell, OK and Eric Wiederstein; and his great grandchildren, Max Shuman, Ali June, Amelia Cox, Eden Wiederstein and Houston Thomas.
