He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Edward Kearns and Permellia Belle Bruce; his brother-in-law Bill Singhiser; his father-in-law Morris Willis (Donna); and his stepfather-in-law John Vaughan.

He is survived by : his wife Marsha Lea Eldredge; his stepson Brian Seely (Brigette); his sister Goldie Singhiser; his cousin Onlee Boswell; his mother-in-law Theta Vaughan of Plainview; his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Reed (Robbie), Melinda Rollins (Larry) and Judy Woolverton (Tony); his grandsons, Kevin Langlitz of Abilene, TX., Justin Langlitz of Abilene, TX., Michael Seely (Taylor) of Abilene, TX. and Brandon Seely (Ashley) of Abilene, TX.; and his great grandchildren, Lakyn of Abilene, Landyn of Abilene, Lyncoln of Abilene, Josiah of Abilene and Braxson Seely of Abilene. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts & uncles.
