Smith; her grandchildren, Natahlie (James Miner) of Tulsa, OK, Aaron (Maggie Smith) of Shawnee, OK, Breanna (Nick Sebourn) of Shawnee, OK, Alyssa Rivera and Alyvia of Fort Polk, LA.; her great grandchildren, Palmer, Sawyer Sebourn of Shawnee, OK, Nevaeh and Logan Smith of Shawnee, OK.; and her sister Louvilla Dame (Wickware) of Elizabeth, CO.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
