Manning of Shawnee, Oklahoma, born in Quinton, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 10, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Manning and Alma L. Manning (Hughart); his wife Bartona Morris; and his siblings, Tommy Gene, Jerry Wayne, James Stanley, Joyce Kathern and Anita June Manning.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Lynn (Mark Hartman) of Richmond Texas and Linda Flanagan of Shawnee, OK.; his grandchildren, Matthew (Shara Hartman) of Richmond, TX., Jonathan Hartman of Houston, TX and Julie Flanagan of Shawnee; and his great grandchildren, Jude, Mariana, Emily, Carlos, Benjamin, Jeronimo, Jack and Mark.
