She was predeceased by : her parents, Thomas Samuel Neal and Edith Inez Neal (Risenhover); and her siblings, Don, Tommy Neal and Pat Blakley.

She is survived by : her husband Mike Stacy; her daughters, Kelly Liddell (Jan Stone) of Shawnee, Kim Scalf of Shawnee and Neeka Stacy of Enid; and her sister Sandy Duncan (Clayton) of Norman. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
