She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Jacobs of Shawnee, OK; her stepdaughters, Brandy Lohman (Mike) of Dale, OK, Chantillee Jacobs of Shawnee, OK and Rennee Buoy (LE) of Meeker, OK; her grandchildren, Christopher Lohman, Zeke Smith, Madison Lohman, Billy Buoy, Luke Buoy and Ryder Buoy; her great grandchildren, Evermore Lohman, Blakely Lohman and Haidyn Smith; and her siblings, Dianna, Alice, James and Billie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
