Cejka of Shawnee, Oklahoma, born in Laurens, Iowa, who passed away on November 16, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Cejka and Pearle Cejka (Sundermayer). He is survived by : his wife Diane Cejka (Lincoln); his sons, Jim Cejka (Beth) of Lone Rock, IA, Michael Cejka (Amanda) of Shawnee and Paul Cejka (Nancy) of Shawnee; his grandchildren, Heidi Esquibel, Cydnie Cejka, Jeff Cejka, Mackenzie Cejka, Katelyn Cejka, Brandon Cejka, Jody Cejka and Archer Cejka; and his brothers, Joe Cejka (Laverne) of Sandy, OR and Ralph Cejka (Sandy) of Sandy, OR.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
