It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Joseph Winters Jr. (Shawnee, Oklahoma), born in Stringtown, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 21, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sr. Winters and Dora Mae Winters (Terry); his wife Lois Winters (Withrow); his son Joey Winters; and his sister Mary Lou Vegher.

He is survived by: his son Bill Winters (Vickie); his grandchildren, Sarah Winters (April), Shelby Holman (Adam) and Kellie Steele (Kris); his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Steele, Madison Steele and Karmyn Winters; and his siblings, Ruth Epperly (Roger), Ina Suydam and Eddie Mark Winters (Judy).
