We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2021, at the age of 57, Randy Tubbs of Spencerville, Oklahoma, born in Memphis, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Curtis Guy Tubbs; and his sister Brenda Shankle. He is survived by : his mother Betty Jean Tubbs (Quails) of Lexington, TN; his wife Patricia Tubbs (Freeburn); his children, Matthew Thomas Pineiro (Jacqueline Amber) of Spencerville, OK and Major James Daniel Pineiro (Kristy) of Stafford, VA; his sister Connie Bartholemew (Joe) of Lexington, TN; and his nieces, Stacey Ballard and Tracey Stahl.
