He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Spradling and Virginia Adams (Barnett). He is survived by: his former wife Judith Blythe; his wife Judy; his daughters, Taya Andrews (Albert) of Bixby, OK and Amy Cook (Nathan Henegar) of Tulsa, OK.; and his grandchildren, Addison Andrews, Autumn Andrews, Colton Cook and Kyndall Cook.
