He was predeceased by: his grandson Dylon Scott Holmes. He is survived by: his mother Opal Marie Holmes (Bland); his sons, Gary Holmes (Cheri), Johnny Holmes, Jr. (Kristen) and Jacob Holmes (Sherry); his grandchildren, Kali Cavin, Macy Holmes, Whitley Holmes and Courtney Holmes; his siblings, Pegi Holmes-Tiess (Steve), Donnie Holmes (Cindy), George Holmes (Jennifer) and Crandall Holmes (Debbie); his father Crandall Holmes, Jr.; and his former wife Donna Holmes. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
