He is survived by: his wife Cariel Dobbs of Jennings; his children, Frank Dobbs of Jennings and Denise Miller of Tulsa; and his close friend Leon Howard of Jennings, Oklahoma. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
