He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Moore and Bess Moore (Chambers); and his brother Howard Jack Moore. He is survived by: his spouse Rayora Henderson; his children, David (Cathy), D'Ray, D'Nell, D'Linda Henson (Scott) and Dusty Mathews-Moore (Lonnie); his grandchildren, Stephanie Moore, Mallory Cheatwood (Cole), Chelsey Henson and Austin Mathews; and his sister Edwina Miller of Stillwater. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
