It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Elmer Williams in Stillwater, Oklahoma, born in Ponca City, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 9, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lester and Opal Angeline Williams (Taylor); his son Gregory Williams; and his brother Donald Williams. He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his daughters, Barbara Jo Walters (Dallan) of Stillwater, Oklahoma and Jamie Lou Pratz (Richard) of Stillwater, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Amanda Walters, Colton Pratz, Kristin Hankins (Bob), Kyle Pratz and Garett Walters (Jazmyn). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
