She was predeceased by : her parents, Lowell Henderson and Bernadean Henderson (Walls). She is survived by : her husband Robert H. Ford; her children, Melton (Connie), Gene Melton and Juanita Hendricks; her stepchildren, Roberta (Joe) and William Ford; and her siblings, Darlene Hixson and Jerry Henderson. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
