She is survived by: her husband Scott Hamilton Butler; her children, Nathan Cole Bartell, Tara Lynn Forbis and Tommy Lee Androus; her siblings, Gary Bartell Jr. and Letha Nicole Bartell; and her grandchildren, Nathan Cole Bartell II, Onyxx Cain Bartell, Lylah Sue Forbis and Aurora Dawn Forbis.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Parks Brothers Funeral Service - Chandler (617 Manvel Ave, Chandler, OK 74834). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Forest Cemetery (980041 S 3420 Rd, Chandler, OK 74834).
