She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Heter and Nina Heter (Brandon); her husband Charles "Pete" Vann Jr.; and her brother Charles Traynor. She is survived by: her daughter Marcia Vann; her grandchildren, Beth Hansen, Travis Klotzke, Kori Klotzke and Brooke Klotzke; her great grandchildren, Jhon, Summer, Gracey, Kelcy, Vanille, Russell, Yona, John, William, Alaina, Isabell, Wylder and Julian; and her siblings, Alan Heter and Anita Potts. She is also survived by loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home- Tahlequah (1506 N Grand Ave, Tahlequah, OK 74464). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Tahlequah City Cemetery.
