He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin George Gosvener (Short) and Lora Wynona Jackson Gosvener; his siblings, Jessie Gosvener, George Gosvener, Eddie Gosvener, Deloris Smith and Linda Goforth; his grandchild Bailey; and his parents-in-law, Sue Morgan and Richie Dean.
He is survived by: his wife Melinda; his children, Lora Odell (Buck) of Ramona, Calvin Gosvener, Jacee Hyde of Ochelata and Lesia Gosvener of Ochelatea; his grandchildren, Dr. Carissa Bailey (Randy), Richard Gosvener, Candace Hope, River Gosvener, Camryn Sarnie, Eddy, Sheyenne, Acelynn, Brielle and Cambree; and his sisters, Pat Mefford (Bill) of Talala and Rita Gosvener of Tahlequah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mowery Funeral Service (9110 N Garnett Rd, Owasso, OK 74055). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Vera Full Gospel Fellowship (120 W Ramona Ave, Vera, OK 74082).
