It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jerry Don Womack of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Loyd Womack and Christine Womack (Goings); his son Robert Womack; his stepfather Carthal Wooley; and his sister Melba Joyce Lewis (Womack).

He is survived by : his sister Melba Joyce Womack; his daughter Crystal Williams (Ray) of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, Jamachia Marshall (Tramaine) of Tulsa and Taja McKesson of Memphis, Tennessee; and his great grandchildren, Malachi Jones and Geavante Marshall. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
