He was predeceased by : his parents, James Robert and Leona Prudy Philpott (English); and his daughter-in-law Jana Philpott. He is survived by : his daughters, Lisa Tuttle (Stephen) of Park Hill, OK and LaDonna McLaughlin (Bob) of Park Hill, OK; his siblings, Bill Philpott of Stilwell, OK, Florence Young (Mickey) of Siloam Springs, AR and Florene Young (Heavy) of Westville, OK; and his grandchildren, Jared Philpott, Stephanie Pickering (Dalton) of Tahlequah, OK, Jaley McKinney (Jarrod) of Porter, OK and Ace Cobb of Tahlequah, OK. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
