He was predeceased by : his parents, Sam Hooper and Lizzie Hooper (Christie); his siblings, Jessie Lee Hooper, Richard Hooper, Bobby Hooper Sr. and Narcie Holcomb; and the mother of his children Mary Frances Waterdown.

He is survived by : his daughters, Lisa Waterdown of Tahlequah, OK and Christine Waterdown of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Harmony, Naashon and Adrian Waterdown; and his friend Levi Jones. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.
