He is survived by : his pet Blackie; his sister Vicki Tuma of Lawton, OK; his sons, Michael James Green (Julie) of Cache, OK and Floyd Buster Green (Megan) of Stratford, OK; his grandchildren, Thomas Green, Lauren Green, Gavin Green and Kortni Green; his nieces and nephews, Donna Jo, Patsy Powell, Phillip Morgan, Christopher Stewart and Robert Stewart; and his great-nephew Joshua Stewart.
