He is survived by : his daughters, Vivienne and Victory Badillo of Frederick; his sisters, Miranda Billy of Frederick and Nicki Billy (Marcus Crowder) of Frederick; his niece Jocelyn Billy (Michael Mendoza); his nephews, Xander Crowder and Beau Billy; his uncles, Mark Billy (Lorie) of Frederick and Tim Billy (Jennifer) of Thomas; and his cousins, McKenzie Buckner (Trevor), Camden Billy, Myles, Tiana Billy, Tristin, Taylor Billy and Justin Billy (Tricia). He is also survived by cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Orr Gray Gish Funeral Home (111 N 11th St, Frederick, OK 73542). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
