He is survived by: his parents, Michael Blackwell and Anna Blackwell (Orduno); his daughters, Kori Blackwell and Charlee Johnson; his sister Briana Blackwell; his girlfriend Destiny Bump; and his grandparents, Edward, Shirley Blackwell, George and Bertha Orduno. He is also survived by great father to his daughters and a wonderful son and brother.
