He was predeceased by: his grandmother Erma Smither; and his nephew Harrison Black. He is survived by: his parents, Patsy Worthington and Bo Worthington; his children, Courtnie, Jesse and Cassie; his stepson Ervin Thompson; his siblings, Bret (Kim Worthington) and Debra Worthington; his nephew Colten Worthington; his niece Britney Worthington; and his partner's children, Aidyn and Joseph Fischer. He is also survived by relatives, friends, and his beautiful flock of pet birds.
