She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Puckett and Marjorie Courts Puckett; her husband Gene Mayfield; her sons, Ron Mayfield (Patty) of Owasso, Greg Mayfield of Tulsa and Richard Mayfield of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Russ, Ryan, Ayden Mayfield and Sydney Mayfield; her great grandchildren, Axel Mayfield and Harper Mayfield; her nieces, Crystal Puckett-Devinish and Shelly Mayfield; her nephew Mark Mayfield; and her brother-in-law Jim Mayfield (JoRenae).
