She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Neeley and Lucille Neeley (Newman); her husband Jimmy Williams; and her brother Harold Neeley of Springfield, Missouri.. She is survived by: her sisters, Jan Bishop (Wendell) and Donna Hammondtree; her sons, Micheal Wayne Williams (Sarah) of Charleston and Wendall Williams of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Emily Stewart and Samual Williams of Frisco, Texas..
