She is survived by: her daughter Debi Provencal (Martin); her grandchildren, Lindsey Newman (Daniel) and Cassie Drake (Tyler); her children, Addie Mae, Joey Grace, Amy Garrett and Jonathan Provencal; her sister Wanda Downen; and her sister-in-law Virginia Herndon.
