It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Allen of Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 16, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Billy Allen to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Monroe Allen and Lillie Allen; and his siblings, Mattie, Mildred, Coleta, Glenn, Raymond and Winston.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona Allen; his children, Brad Allen of Broken Arrow and Rebecca Dozier (Mark Jones) of Broken Arrow; his grandsons, Andrew Dozier (Jodi) of Norman, Matthew Dozier (Savannah) of Odessa, Jeremy Dozier (Maddie) of Broken Arrow and Aaron Allen (Maggie) of Edmond; his great grandchildren, Xavier Dozier, Charlie Dozier, Quinn Allen, Greyson Allen, Emily Dozier and Olivia Dozier; and his sister Wanda Prince of Austin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to South Tulsa Baptist Church.
