He was predeceased by: his sister Wilma Goodspeed of Seattle; his wife Bobbie Chartier; and his son Johnathan Scott Chartier. He is survived by: his sons, David Chartier of Oklahoma, Stephen Chartier (Valerie) of Texas and Phil Chartier of Owasso; and his grandchildren, Katie, Melissa, Tina, Amber, Dustin, Laura, Bradley, Maymie and Elizabeth. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
