She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Griffin and Walker Griffin; her husbands, Thomas M. Herron and Donald Potter; and her siblings, Ray, Ralph Griffin and Goldie Ferguson Adkins.
She is survived by: her son Jerral Herron; her grandson Ronnie Herron (Kim); her great grandchild Kyler Herron; and her sister Ann Ishmael. She is also survived by nephews, nieces and many friends.
