He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenard Eastom and Helen Eastom; and his brothers, Will and Curtis Eastom. He is survived by: his wife Denise Eastom; his children, Lenard Eastom (Kara Eastom) and Tiffany Stonebarger (Jason Stonebarger); his grandsons, Cameron and Corbin; his daughter Eva Grace (Gimo Grace); his grandson Cid; and his sister Anna Chaput (Andre Chaput). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
