He is survived by: his grandfather Poppy; his parents, Carl Welch and Lorena Welch; his wife Jeanette Welch; his granddaughter Jamie Cravatt; his daughters, Teresa Rotramel (Jason), Angie Duffield (Geoff), Jennifer Gaylor (Danny) and Lorri Ayers (Roger); his sister Carrol Hamner; his grandchildren, Cristie Cravatt, Shelby Rotramel, Hunter Rotramel, Allison Duffield, Geoffrey Duffield, Karlee Gaylor, Kyler Gaylor, Jackson Ayers and Jayden Ayers; and his great grandchildren, Kaleb Smith, Brody Ketcher and Lyle Yarborough. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
