He is survived by: his wife Wyvone Alma Scoggins; his children, Pamela Diane Zachary (Paul) and Michael Dale Scoggins (Cheryl); his granddaughters, Kayla Zachary (Adam), Kristen Bromley (Beau), Kelsey Roe (Ethan) and Aubrey Scoggins; his brothers, Kenneth Scoggins (June) and Timothy Scoggins (Evalyn); and his siblings-in-law, Louise Beckwith and Doug Hawke. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
