He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Franklin Stebbins and Joanna Stebbins (Brady). He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Jeff, Ralph, William and Cathie; his stepchildren, Jean, Linda and Sam; and his sister Frankie Jean Lantz. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
